Love

hd_wallpaper_21022
They say love is all you need
But I think
love is fake
The broken promises,
the feeble vows,
the shattered hearts
and the tearful faces
This is all I see
And I choose
not to believe
in this mundane love

Love is all you need. it’s the brokenness, feebleness and tears that makes it all there is to life. Love is real

It’s a beautiful poem. Beautiful, yet tragic. Nice work ๐Ÿ™‚

So first I must say that photo is strikingly beautiful and really brings depth to your post. Second all I wish to say is it is always a great thing to see when those emotions and feelings change. I will be looking forward to when you experience the depth that love can fill and enjoy seeing you write about it! (of course if these words you speak pertain to you)

But without the moments of love
Would we ever know of sorrow?
Time will not heal the wounds
Only cover them so they are shallow
    Scars, that stretch and turn
    And burn
    As they are pulled on.
    But sometimes they reopen
So that we can clean them out
    And then they heal
    And start to peal
    And show us the shape
    Of a heart.
